To Each His Own

To each his own
God the father,
God the mother,
God the lover,
God the leader old,
They are all our relationships with God.

To each his own
God’s revelations,
God’s miracles,
God’s rules,
God himself,
This is just our idea of god.

To each his own
Fighting in the name of God,
Fighting for THE God,
Fighting to be right,
For isn’t might always right?
But whose ‘right’ is right?

To each his own
Open your eyes,
Open them to see,
Oh, see the full image,
Of what God really is,
Not what ‘we’ think God is.

To each his own
Billion different views we’re told,
Each view from its own perspective told
We slice and dice the idea of God,
Not knowing the holistic whole.
Please, get to ‘know’ the holistic whole.
